Dr. Hacking and Mr. Caine

Dr. Hacking is a logical, brilliant, and cunning investigator normally, but he has a bit of a temper. When he gets fired up, all logic goes out the window and he will rip his enemies to shreds with his bare hands. Keep on his good side, or run really really fast if you're not.
